Jubilee For Our Enemies

As Jesus begins his ministry He announces the good news of the year of Jubilee. He's announcing freedom for the poor, the blind, the prisoner, and the slave! It's really good news until the town of Nazareth hears that Jesus will offer this good news to their enemies. In this sermon, we dive into God's desire to bring this message of freedom to the whole world. Like the prophet Jonah, we have to wrestle with God's good news for our enemies.
