The Culture of the Kingdom

Jesus takes a moment to teach his disciples about how money lasts for less
time than they think, but marriage and the Old Testament are much more
enduring. As he’s chatting with his disciples, others are listening in on the
conversation, and not everyone likes what they hear. “Money doesn’t last
forever,” Jesus says, “so use it to accomplish something that will.” As we
also listen in on Jesus, do our lives and opinions on money, marriage, and the
Old Testament line up with his?
