In this sermon in the book of Exodus chapter 17, we see the people of Israel attacked by the Amalekites. This crisis comes out of nowhere. Moses chooses to lift the staff to place his trust and hope in Yahweh. We get an opportunity to hear from Mark and Katherine Fitz who share ways in which they cling to Jesus in the middle of the crisis they are walking through.
