I’ve been at NLCC since September 2024! As the Discipleship Ministry Associate, I help with some of NLCC’s courses like the Baptism and Membership Class, The Bible Course, and Life Together. I get to help with communication and providing resources to Life Group leaders. I also love playing on the music teams here at NLCC whenever I can! I've been involved in church ministry my whole life, and my biggest passions are caring for God’s children and seeing others trust in Jesus more deeply.
I love to learn! I completed the Quest program at Columbia Bible College in 2019, and then stayed at CBC to complete my Bachelor of Arts in Theology with a major in Leadership and minor in Biblical Studies. I’m currently working towards my Master of Arts in Theological Studies at Regent College (concentrating in Old Testament) and I'm loving every minute of it.
One of my favourite ways to spend my time is making music! My “home instrument” is piano, but I love getting to play any instrument I can get my hands on. I completed my ARCT piano performance exam in August of 2024. My favourite composers are Bach, Brahms, and Rachmaninoff, and one of my biggest dreams is to perform Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2 with an orchestra someday! I also love playing card games with friends, watching any of the Planet of the Apes movies, going to see the ocean, or eating good food with people.
