At NLCC, we want to be a people apprenticed to the life of Jesus together. We value living life together and see this happening in small groups called Life Groups, consisting of 6-14 people.

For our Life Groups to thrive, we need healthy and mature NLCC Life Group Leaders. Perfection is not what we are looking for. Our dream is to see thriving Life Groups being led by Life Group Leaders that model what apprenticeship to Jesus looks like: on their knees, living the gospel, with shared lives, and through generous love.
