How you are Scheduled for Guest Services

  • You will be reminded of your role on the Monday prior to your service.
  • You will also be emailed by Shari Sollows (our awesome scheduler) that you are scheduled to serve through an App called Planning Center Services.
  • Please make sure to click the accept button at the bottom of the email to confirm your placement for that week.

If you cannot serve on your Sunday

Please connect with those on your team to trade your Sundays when you are away. Your team is there to help and it makes a huge difference when you find your own sub! The Guest Services Team Contact Sheet is linked in Files/Attachment within the Plan you are Scheduled. Look for your team under the appropriate tab.

This Contact Sheet link is also provided in the Weekly Request email you are sent. Tip: save that link in your web browser bookmarks bar to access team contact info at any time.
